Being a graphic designer offers a lot of opportunities, even now as I discover more and more works as I gain experience about what does graphic designers do, and let me tell you it is overwhelming to realize how much work does a graphic designer do. You see it everyday, it has become a part of our society, every billboard,every stationary, every logo and every packaging involves a graphic designer.
Graphic designers are also called communication designers. and are visual communicators that the digital age of this society prosper to. They convey words in a span of illustrations to help their clients convey what they want to say to their consumers. How brilliant is that? Graphic designers are involved with logo and branding, for example the ads you see on the transportation you see, billboards you see up above the skyscrapers, labels of products you use and others. Also they are involved with web design whether its facebook, twitter, icon design, and websites a graphic designer is included in those products. Not to mention printing services, info graphics, 3D and product and merchandise design are all covered in the vast opportunities that graphic design have. So yes Graphic design is vast and inspiring graphic designers has many opportunities and areas to thrive.
